Warmly welcome to Writing for Wellbeing, a free journaling workshop.

Writing for Wellbeing is a free, online journaling workshop, which invites you to explore the power of therapeutic journaling and mindfulness in a warm & supportive community. You will experience:

  • Guided journaling prompts for self-reflection and exploration

  • The opportunity to share your thoughts in a safe & supportive group

  • Connect with yourself through guided mindfulness exercises

  • Learn how journaling can support you on your healing journey

We will meet online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world!

Time: Sunday, 11th February 4pm CET // 8.30pm IST // 10am EST

Duration: 1- hour. Please note that this is a live event and the session will not be recorded.
