In this FREE workshop we will explore how childhood trauma can adversely impact our relationship patterns. We will look at how early trauma can lead to anxious and/or avoidant attachment styles and how we can integrate trauma and transform unhealthy relationship patterns with the help of IoPT and the intention method.

About IoPT: Identity-oriented Psychotrauma theory and -therapy is a therapeutic approach and a form of constellation work. IoPT is used to address a wide range of psychological and physical issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, sexual abuse, and various other symptoms. It is particularly focused on helping individuals understand the root causes of their difficulties by exploring the impact of trauma on their identity and wellbeing.
