WELCOME TO JOURNEY TO SELF.
This three-day journey is designed to help you explore yourself on a deeper level and to help you heal and transform from the inside out. Each day, we will have a live session (if you cannot make it live, you can watch the recording afterwards) with focus on the daily topic (see below). I will also share practical exercises and self-soothing practices that support you on your healing journey. All session will take place on a private instagram account and you can access the recordings for 4 weeks. So if you cannot attend the live sessions, you have sufficent time to listen in & do the excercises in your own time. I will also be sharing daily inspiration on the focus topic.

DAY 1: TRAUMA & OUR SHADOWS FROM THE PAST

What is trauma?
What happens inside of us when we experience trauma?
What are survival strategies and how do I know that I am in survival mode?
By exploring these questions, you will get a good understanding of trauma and its impacts on our life. There will be exercises to help you reflect on your own trauma biography and support you in getting to know different parts of yourself.
DAY 2: NAVIGATING EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS
FRIDAY 17th FEBRUARY. 11AM-12PM (CET)
What are trauma feelings and what can we do when we feel triggered?
We will explore different ways to better understand our emotional triggers and practices to help you navigate your triggers and feelings.
DAY 3: HEALING & COMPASSIONATE SELF-AWARENESS
SATURDAY 18th FEBRUARY. 11AM-12PM (CET)
How can we process and integrate trauma? How do we know that we are healing?
I will share different self-soothing practices that can support you on your healing journey. You will also learn ways how you can support your healthy I and somatic practices to help you connect with your body.
I will also be answering any questions you have.
