Join us for these 75min sessions designed to help you slow down, pause and reconnect with your body through guided mindfulness and somatic practices.
Facilitated with a trauma-informed and holistic approach, we will explore:
Guided Meditation for grounding and presence
Mindfulness Techniques for bringing awareness into the body and foster inner connection
Somatic Practices to release tension, connect with your body & regulate the nervous system
Each session offers a unique experience for you to let your body guide you and to center in connection with yourself.
