Warmly welcome to an evening with IoPT. We will meet online via Zoom and there is the possibility for two IoPT self-encounters (resonance processes) in a small group with resonators in either English or Norwegian language. In a self-encounter, you have the opportunity to work with your intention and explore the psychic structure behind it as well as to integrate personal and generational trauma. You will also develop a better understanding of trauma, its consequences and the human psyche.
